What a month May is turning out to be!  3 PA workshops (1 in-house with a regular client) + business writing and 21st century administrator sessions and presentations at an organisation's staff open day.  Exciting business developments (watch this space...) AND a holiday (it'll be my birthday too)!

Great news this morning with the launch of all Heather's books for Kindle

I am delighted to have been invited to present again at the Office show in London; this year taking place on Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 October.

We will also have a stand there, so look forward to meeting as many people as possible.
