With effect from today everyone will be able to learn BakerWrite speedwriting online any time of the day or night.  PAs, secretaries, administrators, journalists, interpreters, students, executives, anyone who takes notes in meetings, lectures, presentations, on the ‘phone, or just for themselves, will be able to do this so much more quickly with just a few hours’ tuition and some practice.


BakerWrite speedwriting (www.BakerWrite.com) has been around now for about 8 years and was created by Heather Baker, the international PA/administrative trainer and author.  BakerWrite is taught in the UK and overseas and is the system being offered by all Pitman Training centres in the UK.


The online training consists of a filmed session run by Heather and learners can dip in and out as they please or go back to repeat sessions if they want to.  They will also receive a free electronic copy of Heather’s book “Speedwriting” published by www.UoLearn.com.


The film, produced by Rich TV (www.richtv.co.uk), is made in association with Livescribe smartpens (www.livescribe.com). 


Since 2000, Heather, a former PA herself, has been working with small and large organisations in the UK and Middle and Far East to enable their PAs and administrative staff to work effectively.  She is also the author of “Successful Minute Taking : meeting the challenge” and the forthcoming “Successful Business Writing”.  She contributes to PA magazines and blogs and is a regular presenter at PAs’ conferences.
